Privacy Policy — Pharma Eye

1. Introduction

Pharma Eye ("the App", "we", "us") is a pharmacy point-of-sale and management application operated by Pharma Eye. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name and email address when you sign in (including via Google Sign-In) to create or access your account.
Business & operational data: data you enter to run your pharmacy, such as products, inventory, prices, sales, invoices, suppliers, customers and reports.
Files & images: images and documents you choose to upload (e.g., product photos, attachments).
Device & notification data: a push notification token to deliver alerts, plus basic device and diagnostic information needed to operate the service.

3. Camera & Biometrics

Camera is used only to scan product barcodes. Images from barcode scanning are processed on your device and are not stored or transmitted.
Face ID / biometrics are handled entirely by your device's operating system to unlock the app. We never receive or store your biometric data.

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the pharmacy management features.
To authenticate you and secure your account.
To sync your data across your devices.
To send operational notifications.
To diagnose problems and improve reliability.

5. Storage, Processing & Security

The App uses Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging and App Check) to store and process data on our behalf. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with our service provider (Google Firebase) acting as a processor to run the App, or when required by law.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at mo7amed.mekkawi@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for pharmacy businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني عند تسجيل الدخول (بما في ذلك عبر تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google) لإنشاء حسابك أو الوصول إليه.
بيانات العمل والتشغيل: البيانات التي تُدخلها لإدارة صيدليتك مثل المنتجات والمخزون والأسعار والمبيعات والفواتير والموردين والعملاء والتقارير.
الملفات والصور: الصور والمستندات التي تختار رفعها (مثل صور المنتجات والمرفقات).
بيانات الجهاز والإشعارات: رمز الإشعارات (token) لإرسال التنبيهات، إضافةً إلى معلومات أساسية عن الجهاز وبيانات تشخيصية لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة.

3. الكاميرا والبصمة

الكاميرا تُستخدم فقط لمسح الباركود الخاص بالمنتجات، وتتم المعالجة على جهازك دون تخزين أو إرسال للصور.
Face ID / البصمة يديرها نظام تشغيل جهازك بالكامل لفتح التطبيق، ولا نستقبل أو نخزّن بياناتك الحيوية إطلاقًا.

4. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

لتقديم وتشغيل مزايا إدارة الصيدلية.
للتحقق من هويتك وتأمين حسابك.
لمزامنة بياناتك بين أجهزتك.
لإرسال الإشعارات التشغيلية.
لتشخيص المشكلات وتحسين الموثوقية.

5. التخزين والمعالجة والأمان

يستخدم التطبيق خدمات Google Firebase (المصادقة، Cloud Firestore، التخزين، الإشعارات السحابية، و App Check) لتخزين ومعالجة البيانات نيابةً عنا. تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مُشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS). نطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%.

6. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. تتم مشاركة البيانات فقط مع مزوّد الخدمة (Google Firebase) بصفته معالجًا لتشغيل التطبيق، أو عند الإلزام القانوني.

7. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. يمكنك طلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على mo7amed.mekkawi@gmail.com، وسنعالج طلب الحذف خلال مدة معقولة.

8. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق موجَّه لأعمال الصيدليات وليس للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.

9. تعديلات على السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، ويعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه أحدث نسخة.
